Established in 2009 by Rory Conway, Ballincastle Property Services have grown from managing a portfolio of 66 apartments and a team of 2 people, to now managing over 430 apartments and a team of over 10 full-time staff members. In addition to a full letting and management service, Ballincastle Property Services also offer a consultation service to both the landlord and tenant. Our impartial advice often resolves and clarifies many disputes before they escalate. Ballincastle also provides a full cleaning and property maintenance service to the apartment owner.
